DIRECTIONS TO FAMILY COURT

Family Court is located on 2nd Avenue North, west of downtown Birmingham.   

From I-65 N take the 3rd Ave N exit.  Turn right at the end of the ramp, right at the next light, and then right again at the next light onto 2nd Ave. N.  Proceed over the RR tracks.   Travel a short distance- Family Court is on the right.

From I-65 S take the 6th Ave N. exit (From I-59 S onto I-65 S you must cross all lanes of traffic very quickly.  If you miss the exit, see directions below.)  Turn right at the end of the ramp.  Go one block and turn left onto 9th St. N.  Go up four blocks and turn right onto 2nd Ave. N.   Proceed over the RR tracks.   Travel a short distance- Family Court is on the right.

If you you miss the 6th Ave N. exit, take the next exit, 4th Ave S.  At the third traffic light turn left onto 14th St. S.  At the 5th light turn left onto 2nd Ave. N.  Go through 4 lights, proceed over the RR tracks, and travel a short distance.  Family Court is on the right.

DIRECTIONS TO CUMBERLAND SCHOOL OF LAW, SAMFORD UNIVERSITY

From I-65 take the Lakeshore Parkway Exit (#255).  Turn east onto Lakeshore Drive (Turn left from 65-S and right from 65-N).  Samford is located approximately 1.5 miles on the left.  Enter through the main entrance.

TO THE LAW SCHOOL:  Once on campus get into the right lane and turn right onto Montague Drive.  At the 3rd stop sign turn left onto Riley Road.  Cumberland is the second building on the left.  Once you enter the building, there will be signs directing you to the appropriate room.

TO THE BUSINESS SCHOOL: Follow the above directions.  The business school will be the third building on the left.  Follow the road until it dead ends to park.  Once you enter the building there will be signs directing you to the appropriate room.

TO REID CHAPEL:  Once on campus get into the right land and turn right onto Montague Drive.  The first parking lot on your left is parking for Reid Chapel.  You will see the Chapel on the hill in front of you.  For those with walking difficulties, there is a drop off behind the chapel.  Continue on Montague Drive.  After the second stop sign, turn left into a small parking area.  Reid Chapel in the building to the left.
