SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICERS

The Alabama Center for Law and Civic Education provides training to School Resource Officers in Alabama.  The role of the School Resource Officer as an educator has proven an effective tool for violence prevention in schools.  The Center has partnered with The Alabama Association of School Resource Officers (TAASRO) to provide educational training for all Alabama School Resource Officers.
